No Limit Journeys Cancellation, Changes & Refund policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing—by e-mail is fine.
We regret that we are unable to issue a full refund for cancellations, because cancellation fee generally depends on the length of notice, type of booking and refund policies of our local providers refund policy. Unfortunately they vary tremendously and we cannot offer a definite one fit all answer as the itineraries are tailor made.

No Limit Journeys will not provide you with a refund for the purchased itinerary if the itinerary is not used.
Refunds for itineraries are subject to the terms and conditions that you agreed with the Third Party Travel Provider, in that case our partner travel agency.
If the Third Party Travel Provider is required to provide you with a refund for the Itinerary, you will receive a refund subject to their terms and conditions including the application of any cancellation fees.
If you cancel your Itinerary Product, No Limit Journeys reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follow:
The fees will be in addition to our local providers refund policy as they have their own conditions.
If you wish to amend your Itinerary, we reserve the right to charge a minimum amendment fee of AUD50 per person.
The Third Party Travel Provider may also charge cancellation and amendment fees in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between you and the Third Party Travel Provider.
